John McAleer, CEO
Prior to founding CAS Group in 2007, John was personally involved in securing over $750 Million dollars in communication equipment, software and services contracts. Sixteen years of management experience across multiple industries responsible for P/L and achieving team goals allowed John to develop into an effective executive. John has executive level relationships at numerous RBOC, MSO, Wireless, and international clients. John worked at Lucent, Telcordia, Tachion, Convergent Networks, and Sigma Systems prior to founding CAS Group and RDPS China. John has a BS in Technology Management and Physics from Southern Polytechnic State University and two years of Music Theory and Jazz Guitar from Kennesaw State. John is also Senior Vice-President of Marketing for RDPS China. John is also a member of the advisory board for Zoomwit and several local Atlanta charities.

Tom McAllister, COO
Tom McAllister is Managing Partner of the Wireless Practice at CAS Group. The Wireless Practice at CAS Group provides technology leadership in the arenas of Product Development, Wireless Devices, Network Applications & Infrastructure, and IT BSS/OSS. CAS Group is focused on providing leadership to Cable company's and non-RBOC customers entering the wireless business or undertaking technology transformation projects.
As Managing Partner, Tom is responsible for extending CAS Group's network of clients and partners, as well as for developing and managing the core architecture and solutions consulting disciplines. Since 2007, the wireless practice has expanded to over 4 clients and 30+ employees.
Prior to joining CAS Group, McAllister was Director of IT Architecture at Sprint, responsible for partnerships with Sprint's Cable Joint Venture. In addition to his work with Comcast, Cox, Time Warner Cable, and Brighthouse, McAllister also architected and implemented Sprint's multi-tenant MVNO platform, which hosts 30+ MVNOs with over 7 million subscribers. Prior experience at Sprint included the launch of 3G network and products and major transformational projects.

Michael Mealling, Manager Partner - Data Practice
Michael Mealling manages the data related aspects of CAS Group's telecom consulting services. Prior to CAS Group Michael was CEO of Refactored Networks, a supply chain management technology company specializing in RFID enabled B2B services, and Sr. Manager with VeriSign Research and Development. Over the past 15 years Michael has been highly involved within both the IETF and EPCglobal standards communities where he helped develop several key technology standards, such as Electronic Product Codes, ENUM, and the Dynamic Delegation Discovery System.

Tim Parker, Managing Partner - Architecture, Solutions and International Development
With a combination of military service and IT and systems development, Tim has a total of 22 years of leadership experience. After a 10 year career in the Army, Tim has been experienced at all levels of the IT spectrum. Staring as a call center representative on the phones for Gateway Technical support, he quickly moved up to call center management. Tim then moved to Sprint PCS as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for IT Systems in the Customer Care space. Since then Tim has held many responsibilities across the entire wireless systems space. Tim was instrumental in the Sprint 3G launch as a leader in the Integration Management Office and later as a part of the billing conversion to Amdocs at Sprint. His latest role as the Solutions Architecture Lead for a major Oracle OSS/BSS deployment has made Tim a well rounded Systems Development expert capable of communication across all levels of an IT Organization.

Justin Novak, Managing Partner - Product and Strategy Group
Justin Novak is managing director of our product and strategy group here at CAS Group. In this role, he partners with our clients to create and execute the development of a sustainable, competitive product portfolio. He has spent more than 17 years in the telecom industry with experience in operations, IT infrastructure planning, solution architecture, business and systems development, and product realization.
His career began at AT&T in 1991 working in the Consumer Markets Care Division supporting Local, Long Distance, and Wireless operations. Just prior to joining CAS Group, Justin worked for 9 years with Sprint holding multiple technical and leadership positions. His most recent focus was managing IT solution development for the Marketing and Product organizations, deploying some of the most innovative product solutions in the wireless industry. During the Sprint/Nextel merger he led efforts for the consolidation of CRM, B/OSS back office systems and business process transformation. Justin was well respected by co-workers, clients, and leadership recognized by the numerous awards received throughout his career.
Since Sprint, Justin has enjoyed a new consulting career helping fortune 500 companies by leading multiple business and architecture initiatives in the telecom and cable industries.

Troy Trybom, Managing Partner - Architecture and Solutions
Troy has over 13 years experience in telecommunications, specifically working in and around revenue management systems. His telecom career began at Sprint PCS deploying wireless business support systems. Throughout the next decade, Troy held multiple technical and managerial roles for Sprint. He designed business process for revenue & quality assurance, managed message processing & network integration to business systems; program managed Sprint¹s Vision 1xrtt revenue systems implementation and drove target state architecture when Sprint combined diverse business units. In his time at Sprint, Troy was awarded multiple leadership awards and was held in high regard for his overall knowledge of business & technical environments and leadership skills.
During the Sprint / Nextel merger, Troy led efforts to consolidate systems critical to launch of the combined entity. He subsequently led demand management & front end planning for a major B/OSS transformation. Since his time at Sprint, Troy has built a career in consulting utilizing strong leadership and technical skills. He has led major business & technical architecture initiatives for fortune 500 companies in the telecom and transportation spaces.

Eric Kingston, Managing Partner - Architecture and Solutions
Eric has over 11 years of experience in the information technology industry including 9 years in the telecommunications space architecting and delivering large scale OSS/BSS solutions. Prior to joining CAS Group in January 2008 Eric worked in a variety of management roles leading the analysis, development, implementation and operations efforts of more than 20 complex OSS/BSS solutions. Most recently Eric directed the application development and support groups at Embarq Wireless where he was responsible for the delivery and support of the Ordering, Care, and Billing application infrastructure. While at Embarq Mr. Kingston also re-designed existing support processes introducing savings of $600K annually. Prior to Embarq he worked as a consultant to Sprint PCS on the Cable Joint Venture project and as an application development manager with Amdocs.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Utah State University and an MBA degree from the KU School of Business at the University of Kansas.

Eric Lumbirt, Managing Director - Product and Marketing Client Practice
Eric has over 16 years of diversified experience in the telecommunication industry. Business owner of multiple wireless retail, service, and distribution centers to executive ownership of multi-state expansion responsible for customer acquisition, development, design, and delivery of new GSM launch markets. Over the years Eric has lead retail site development, contract negotiations, employee training, media planning and purchasing, point-of-sale ideation, and budget management.
In recent years Eric has worked with wireless MVNOs and MSOs defining their Go to Market Product and VAS strategies road map. Well experienced in managing cross functional teams and external vendors through out the development life cycle to deploy services that drive revenue and loyalty to the brand. This broad set of skills and entrepreneurial experiences allows Eric to see the larger vision, linking synergies while managing multiple client projects.
